Assistant sound & Lighting technician

We are looking to expand our team at Tech+.

You will be assisting in our rental department, setting up equipment and aiding as a technician. It will be your responsibility to help assemble, operate and maintain technical equipment which is used to record, amplify, mix or reproduce sound & lighting. All the requirements necessary to produce a functioning set up.

If you are motivated to work and are good problem solver then this is the job for you.

We will offer training but having experience in any of the following is definitely beneficial:
- Handling hand tools & power tools
- Cable soldering
- Knowledge of audio adapter plugs and connections
- Speaker Power and Impedance Matching
- (DSP) Digital Signal Processor Management
- Handling of professional Lighting
- Handling of lasers & special effects
- DMX programming of pro. Lighting
- Handling of Televisions & Projectors
- Installing outdoor video walls
- Use of HDMI over Ethernet components
- DJing Experience

Individual must be fluent in English. Understanding Maltese is a plus.
Driving License is also a plus.

Working days are from Wednesday to Sunday mainly based during the evening.
From Friday till Sunday you will be required to be available both during the day and at night.
