Customer Care Officer

We are currently seeking to recruit Customer Care Officer on Full Time Basis to form part of our team.
Key Duties:
• Meet & greet visitors and fill out documentation and/or input data
• Handle incoming calls in a courteous manner
• Deal with customers calmly and effectively
Requirements:
• Be able to follow documented procedures
• Be able to work on shift basis, including Public holidays and weekends
• Have good command of written and spoken English
• Be computer literate & familiar with Microsoft Office applications (preferably with ECDL accreditation)
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have good Customer Care skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Have a clean Police record
Preference will be given to experienced candidates having experience in Customer care positions.
