In Malta MG Group runs award-winning Tarragon in St. Paul's Bay; Caviar & Bull, Susurrus and Don Royale within the Corinthia San Gorg Hotel in St. Julian's; and Dinner in the Sky Malta. In Budapest, it runs Caviar & Bull and Uncensored restaurants.

We are looking for Restaurant Managers to join our Group. If you are innovative, smart and hospitality management is your passion and looking to join the finest in the restaurant industry this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Brief Job Description:
-Manage day-to-day operations so that customer expectations of quality and standards are met on a daily basis.
-Uphold uncompromising standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
-Activate specific brand strategies geared toward the guest experience.
-Actively participate in the hiring process to identify the right talent to support the outlet’s concept.
-Provide the leadership, vision, and direction to bring together and prioritise the company goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.
-Manage staffing levels to meet guest service standards, operational needs, and financial objectives.
-Guide the growth and development of your team to support both business objectives and the personal career progression of those you manage.
-Demonstrate honesty/integrity and model appropriate behaviours by leading by example and serving as a role model.

Requirements:
-Exceptional management skills and experience in both front of house and back of house
-Team player with a hands-on approach
-Able to lead, train and motivate a team
