User agreement	User Agreement This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.maltapark.com. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. You agree that you will not hold MaltaPark liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of its services. MaltaPark will not be held responsible for any false or inaccurate information forming part of the listings. 2. The bidder binds himself to purchase the auctioned item if he is the highest bidder for the item, and the bid has exceeded the reserve value specified by the seller, and to do this within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close. Should your bid not have exceeded the reserve value, the seller may decide not to sell the item. 3. The seller binds himself to sell the auctioned item within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close should there have been a winning bid greater than the reserve value. The seller accepts that the buyer may request viewing of the item at the seller's residence prior to bidding or prior to purchasing the item. 5. All users will not make use of the services of MaltaPark inappropriately, including but not limited to advertising of illegal or offensive items or making use of robots (programs) that automatically list items on the website. 6. Users will not advertise other websites within their listings. 7. Any misuse of the service will result in the expulsion (ban) of the user from MaltaPark and deletion of all the user's listings, without Maltapark being held liable for any damages arising from doing so. 8. In addition you agree to take all responsibility for any adverts placed on Maltapark, immaterial of the legality or not of the actual material being advertised. 9. MaltaPark may at its descretion and without further explanation terminate a listing which it deems inadequate, of bad taste or offensive in nature. MaltaPark will not be held liable for any damages in doing so. 10. All users must be 18 years or older at the time of registration. 11. I agree that MaltaPark may email or notify me on occasions such as when an auction has closed. 12. I agree that I alone am responsible for any items I advertise on Maltapark.com 13.
