User agreement	User Agreement This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.maltapark.com. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services. If you have any questions, please use the 'Contact Us' button (top right) to send us a message. You must read, agree with and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a member of MaltaPark. We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you as a MaltaPark user. 1. You agree that you will not hold MaltaPark liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of its services. MaltaPark will not be held responsible for any false or inaccurate information forming part of the auctions. 2. The bidder binds himself to purchase the auctioned item if he is the highest bidder for the item, and the bid has exceeded the reserve value specified by the seller, and to do this within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close. Should your bid not have exceeded the reserve value, the seller may decide not to sell the item. 3. The seller binds himself to sell the auctioned item within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close should there have been a winning bid greater than the reserve value. The seller accepts that the buyer may request viewing of the item at the seller's residence prior to bidding or prior to purchasing the item. 4. All users will not make use of the services of MaltaPark inappropriately. Any misuse of the service will result in the expulsion (ban) of the user from MaltaPark without being held liable for any damages arising from doing so. 5. MaltaPark may at its descretion and without further explanation terminate an auction which it deems inadequate, of bad taste or offensive in nature. MaltaPark will not be held liable for any damages in doing so. 6. All users must be 18 years or older at the time of registration. 7. I agree that MaltaPark may email or notify me on occasions such as when an auction has closed. 8. I understand that the infromation the user provides will be collected, storead and processed by MaltaPark. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site. In addition, we will notify you by email of any changes to the User Agreement. This Agreement is effective on October 9th, 2002.

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customize our service to make your experience easier.
