Qualifications
• Fluent in English.
. Fluent in Italian-Big advantage
• Experience as an HR recruiter and Administrative Manager.
• Excellent computer skills, Internet, Excel, Office, Etc'
• Ambitious and likes challenges.
• Organized and detail-orientated with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• job media recruiting and posting
• Conducts interview of applicants.
• Sees to the completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Processes documents needed for trainees and employees.
• Government benefit (Employee tax filing, Social Security, etc)
• Processing payroll
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
