Job description:

- collaborate with engineers and architects;
- plan and organise construction operations
- acquire equipment and materials, monitor stocks
- supervise the works of labourers, mechanics, give them guidance
- evalue progress and detailed reports
- ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Qualifications

Requirements :

- 3 years experience is similar jobs
- team player with leadership abilities
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material project management principles
- Monitoring construction progress including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes
- Good knowledge of construction management processes
- Ability to multi-task

Priority is given to candidates with experiance with electricity works, pipes (sanitation ) and installation of heating and cooling equipment.
