Reservations Agent

The position of Reservations Agent is currently available within our Reservations Department.

This position will require the successful candidate to:
- promote guest rooms and up-sell in order to generate a sale;
- receive, process and confirm all guest room reservations;
- accurately note and file all reservations, amendments and cancellations;
- allocate guest rooms in order to maximize revenue;
- hold direct communication with guests (email/phone).

Qualifications

Interested candidates must possess:
- Good command of English
- Communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Flair for Sales
- Capable of using Microsoft office applications

Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
