Qualifications

Mechanical Project Manager Position Requirements

B. Eng. Hons in Mechanical Engineering.
Prince 2 or any recognised certificate in Project Management.
5 or more years of experience in performing project/maintenance engineering work, preferably in the Construction Industry.
Experienced in turnkey projects/ME

Possess excellent skills in written and oral communication, problem solving and time management.
Capable of setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures
The ability to comprehend, communicate and manage complex design and operational tradeoffs.
Strong computer skills that include experience with spreadsheets, word processing and computer aided drafting.
Flexible to meet changing business and team needs and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
The ability to learn and continue to develop knowledge and skill base.
The ability to develop cooperative working relationships between other team members and teams.
The ability to excel with minimum supervision in a team environment.
Willing to work extra hours in order to meet goals.

A strong technical background is a must.
