Sky Estates & Co. is seeking a strategic and creative salesperson to a service to property owners. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starting sales professional with a proven track record.

Candidate criteria:
Must be able to identify territory prospects based on overall marketing needs.
Be comfortable working at the highest levels of management at both agencies and clients.
Have an ability to manage the sales process from prospect identification through close.
Must be able to develop close customer relationships.
Be able to generate creative, targeted ideas and see them through from inception to execution.
Be comfortable with conceptual consultative sales.
Must possess creative, compelling, and persuasive presentation skills.
This position requires a minimum of 2 years sales experience, a thorough background in advertising and/or marketing.
