Accounts Clerk

The suitable candidate should have a thorough understanding of accounts.
Duties include but are not limited to:
+ Posting of purchases and/or sales invoices;
+ Enter and balance accounts receivable and payable on a daily basis;
+ Reconciles bank statements;
+ Maintain orderly financial filing system;
+ Any other operational duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
+ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ Organisational and time management skills
+ Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
+ Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
+ Have at least 1 year work experience in a finance or accounting department
