• Advising in the selection of food and drinks
• Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
• Collecting payments from customers
• Preparing tables for meals, including setting up
• Excellent team working

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter/waitress is a must

• Knowledge of cocktail making is an asset
