Centrecom is looking for candidates to work on part time basis, 3 shifts per week at two different locations.

The ideal candidates should:
• Have a good command of written and spoken English as well as Maltese;
• Possess excellent communication skills;
• Be able to multi task and work with multiple channels and / or projects;
• Enjoy dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone;
• Be passionate about giving people the best possible customer service experience;
• Handle complaints in a professional way.

Qualifications

This position requires someone who is computer literate preferably with an ECDL certification.
