OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Prime Limited one of Malta’s main food producers is currently expanding and a vacancy has arisen for a full time office administrator.
The main responsibilities include the following:
Liaising with the sales team on a daily basis in inputting sales transactions, receipts, follow up on debtor balances, sales reconciliations, shop reconciliations and other daily input transactions.
Liaising with the purchases team on a daily basis to input purchase transactions, issue payments, supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on purchase orders on a weekly basis.
Liaising with the HR department in reviewing payroll hours, rosters as well as helping in the recruitment process of employees.
Liaising with the financial controller to review the overall performance and position of the group on a monthly basis.

The standard working hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 till 16:00.

Qualifications
Experience in the food sector is considered an asset and being computer literate is required.
