Responsibilities include;
• day to day postings into the accounting system.
• performing bank, debtors, creditors and other reconciliations
• preparing payments for authorizations
• filing and organizing company documents in a timely manner
• Debtors chasing in an organized and effective manner.
• Any other ad hoc administration duties as may be required.
Qualifications
At least an A' Level standard in Accountancy or similar
Skills:
• proactivity and initiative
• hands-on approach
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills
Previous experience working within an office environment is considered an asset.
