The suitable candidate should have the following requirements:
- A hands-on approach – plumbing, electrical works, painting and plastering, general carpentry, tile repairs, etc.;
- Be familiar with maintenance tools and equipment;
- Be organised and practical;
- Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible;
- Be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision;
- Be a problem solver and capable in general troubleshooting;
- Must be physically fit – able to climb ladders and scaffoldings;
- Have a neat personal appearance.

Qualifications

+ Must have a clean police conduct;
+ Be able to communicate and write in English;
+ Must be flexible and be in possession of a clean and valid driving licence;
+ Have previous experience in a similar role. Minimum two years’ experience.
