Office manager / accounting clerk

We are looking for a part-time accounting clerk / office manager
20 hours week / 1 day of your choice from home office!
Xlabora is a performance web marketing company: we support sales of our clients developing advertising and softwares to optimize the advertising campaigns. Our offices are based in St Julians, 5 minutes walking distance from the sea.
We work in a friendly environment and we would like to find a person in line with our mindset.
We are looking for a smart, self-organized person that will help us to keeps our numbers in order.
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting company in charge.
- Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
- Keep bank records and provide the Director with punctual statuses
- prepare and send the customer invoices and monitor the payment deadlines
- support the Director to manage his agenda
- manage the back office of some small online activity (purchases/sales receipts)
Ideally the best candidate has a degree in accounting and previous experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS office and a perfect command of the english language are a must.
Knowledge of Italian would be considered as a plus.
Salary= based on experience - above the average
type of contract: indefinite contract / part time / 20 hours per week
Due to the urgency of this search, we will consider only candidates already established in Malta.
