Candidate must have vast experience in the Artificial Intelligence space with pre-requisite several years of managerial experience in the Call Centre industry.
The Chief Data Scientist will oversee descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions while working closely with internal teams. Thoughtleader; communication of often complex calculations and statistical methods; mentor and team manager.

Qualifications

Qualification: Master's degree with subjects Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics.

10-15 years experience in data science/analytics; 5 years senior management experience; 5+ years experience in In-and-Outbound call centre management;Thought Leadership; experience creating and implementing machine learning algorithms, advanced statistics ;in depth experience of machine learning applications to block-chain and crypto-currencies; visualising data to stakeholders using eg ggplot, D3,Tableau, Qlikview, Periscope and Google Data Studio; in depth
experience in Natural Language processing eg. Python, Java, Spark, NodeJS; experience in applying data analysis techniques using eg Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB etc; experience with web services eg AWS, Redshift, S3, full Google Cloud services suite and Spark; Set up and connect data using API, REST API etc; Experience with SQL querying,PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL databases; personnel management, training; Fluency in English and German
