Have you ever considered working in the call centre industry? Are you fluent in English and/or Maltese?

Our Company is growing thus we are constantly recruiting agents to join our team.

Applicants should:
- be computer literate
- possess excellent communication and listening skills
- have a can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision
- have previous experience in any customer care role
- be able to work 20-30 hours per week from Monday to Friday rostered between 08:00 and 16:30

Qualifications

O'Level pass in both Maltese and English
ECDL certificate
Experience in Customer Care.
