Manager - Disability Programmes & Services

Inspire Foundation

Inspire is currently looking to recruit a full time Manager to be responsible for the development, coordination and smooth running of a number of Disability related Programmes / Services.

Including, but not limited to ensuring adequate resource availability, ensuring quality and safety standards, taking financial and operation accountability for the programmes and services under his/her remit, as well as close monitoring and evaluation of service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role, be in possession of an MQF/EQF Level 5 or higher in Child Care or in a Social Science, experience of working with children with disability and able to work autonomously and set own priorities in the best interest of the whole team. It is essential that this person possesses good organisational, planning and decision making skills with a flair for innovation.
