SALES MANAGER / SALES EXECUTIVE

CRC Group are seeking to employ a mature, reliable and energetic Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales & design team on a full-time basis.


The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Maltese an Ideally Italian.
• Needs to have O'level standard in Maths and English.
• Email communication, computer skills and comfortable with MS Office (including Excel and
Word) and able to manage all standard office administrative functions.
• Very strong customer service focus and reception skills.
• Goal oriented and a team player.
• Responsible and high ethical standards.
• Professional appearance and attire.
• Have an outgoing, enthusiastic, optimistic, persistent and resilient personality.
• Be self-motivated and dedicated.
• Hold a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Establishing contacts and developing relationships with potential customers, offering various
solutions ( Business Development ).
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Giving feedback to management on product and service improvements.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Handling of incoming calls from customers/suppliers.

Design skills will be considered an asset.
