Pet Nutrition House Ltd. an established company, agents for the renowned brand Prince and Princess, Exporters to around 52 different countries around the world are seeking for a Logistics Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Candidate must:
Be the key contact of the warehouse operation for all import / export activities
• Prepare and maintain the required record keeping associated with trading and shipment of goods
• Liaise with other departments and third parties to create orders, obtain approvals and coordinate production, preparation, loading and unloading of orders
• To perform follow up on orders, dictating any special arrangements in terms for delivery, and ensuring that expected deadlines are achieved
• To ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
• To be updated on warehouse inventory levels to ensure that space is used effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics environment, particularly in the import/export activities
• To be familiar and updated with customs clearance procedures
• Ability to work without supervision, motivated and a self-starter
• Good time management and excellent communication skills
• Effective organisation skills
