An administrative clerk is required to perform the day to day needs to a very small company.
Such duties and responsibilities will include:
- preparing and up-keeping all the documentation and procedures required such as ISO 9001:2015
- performing book-keeping of daily transactions,
- to prepare all HR and payroll documentation required,
- to run the office on a daily basis and hence perform all the required.
- Hard working ethic and highly organised
This position is being offered to the right candidate with minimal supervision, hence the person needs to be mature and responsible.
Qualifications
- Familiar with daily book-keeping procedures, especially with the posting of invoices, payment preparation and reconciliations
- Attention to detail and thorough
- Hard working ethic and highly organised
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills
- IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office, especially with MS Excel, and ideally Sage
- Although all applicants will be considered, preference will be given to those with relevant experience.
