Candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English .

Multi-lingual individuals will be given preference.

The shift covers five days a week Monday to Friday. The successful applicants must be confident dealing with clients on the phone and via email.

The ideal person will be a pro-active team player with a strong work ethic and must be comfortable in a sales and customer support oriented position.

Computer skills including proficient use of Word, Excel and other similar software is required.

Qualifications

Experience within a similar post will be considered an asset (Call center).
