Maintenance Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a mature and reliable person to add on to our expanding team. He or she needs to be capable to prioritise and be attentive to detail.

The chosen candidate will be working hand in hand with our maintenance team filling up documentation, preparing quotes and issue invoices as well as communicating with clients together with other duties. It is essential that the candidate would possess a positive attitude and has the drive to learn.

Previous experience in a similar post would be considered an asset however, full dedicated training would be provided.

Qualifications

The vacancy calls for an applicant who must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Be able to work in a team
- Be able to work under pressure and on his/her own initiative
- Must be able to communicate in both Maltese and English
- Be IT literate
- Other qualifications will be a plus.
