Our outlet, situated in Golden Bay, requires a restaurant manager/supervisor following expansion in its operations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Managing and organising the floor staff to ensure good service, attainment of business goals and customer satisfaction;
Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff;
Supervising the floor during meal periods;
Communicating effectively with the staff;
Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
Interact positively with customers promoting outlet's services
Take action to ensure that service standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of outlet
Assist in planning and setting of special events
Qualifications
Experience in a similar position is required.
Must speak, at least, fluent English.
Needs to possess a valid food handling certification.
