Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

The main activities of the Electrician are the following but are not limited to:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and standards;
- Assist the Lead Installer with quality solar PV installations;
- Assist with general site preparation and clean up;
- Ensure that all conduit and wire runs and installations meet expected quality standards;
- Assist with completion of installation reports and paperwork;
- Maintain tool management standards;
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years experience in AC and DC electrical systems preferably with some experience in installation of photovoltaic installations;
- Must be a licensed electrician, with a minimum level of License 'A' certification;
- Excellent understanding of Technical documentation such as autocad drawings;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Good at problem solving and working with tools;
- Comfortably able to climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and on roof tops with varying temperatures.
