Front Office Administrator (Temporary Full Time)

A leading international software company is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to support the team, and assist with all administration and front desk related duties.
This position is offered on a Temporary Full Time basis to cover maternity leave for a period of 5 months from beginning August 2018 to end December 2018.
Interested applicants must be able to work from 8.00am/8.30am to 5.00pm/5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and further career opportunities may be available.
Qualifications
- Work experience in an Administrative, Front Office or Reception role
- Friendly, positive and hard working
- Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
- Excellent customer services abilities and teamwork
- Good communication skills with an excellent command of Maltese and English
- IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office
Applicants should possess at least an O-level standard of education and have a minimum 1 year Administration or Front Office related experience, ideally within a large professional organisation.
