Finance Assistant

Find your direction with Optimise! We are constantly on growth mode and are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. This growth in our business is ensured to give you the opportunity to further advance in this role.
You will be responsible of raising and issuing invoice, performing reconciliations, preparing payments, posting and processing journal entries, completing VAT returns, preparing the monthly management accounts and other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications
You need to ideally have experience in a similar role, although it is not a must as we will provide you with on the job training, have a minimum of Accounts A`Level and also be fluent in both Maltese & English.
