Our client is a leading shipping company. They require an additional person to join their team. Duties will include checking that each consignment has the correct documentation and if not chasing either the agents, supplier or client for the documentation in order for the goods to be loaded or unloaded from the vessel. This will also include a lot of coordinating with the port of call and departure, preparing loading or unloading lists, using dedicated software, etc.

Qualifications

The ideal person for this position will be educated to O' Level standard ( minimum of 5 passes required) have an eye for detailed work, be computer literate and fluent in English and Maltese. A driving licence and own transport would be considered an asset as would previous expreince in a similar position
