Residential Support Worker

Healthmark Group is seeking to recruit Residential Support Workers on both full-time and part-time basis. The role calls for courteous, polite, and systematic individuals, able to work under minimal supervision and aware of the crucial role they play in the everyday life of our clients. The selected candidates are expected to assist clients in their home environment.


The Role:

Helping clients in dressing, grooming and bed making;
Accompanying clients for short walks;
Accompany clients to religious and social activities outside the home;
Shopping or accompanying clients to grocer or any other particular shops;
Wash or helping clients wash their own clothes and hanging of the same wash load;
Ironing and darning of personal clients’ clothes as required;
Visit a client when admitted to hospital;
Collection of medicine from local pharmacies or any other hospital;
Perform cleaning duties within the client’s home;
Other similar activities as and when required.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Clean police conduct;
Previous experience will be considered an asset;
Positive disposition towards clients’ needs.
