Hotel Kennedy Nova

We are seeking to recruit dynamic individuals for a busy kitchen situated in a 4 Star Hotel in Gzira.

The candidates will be required to work on a shift basis, in preparing and / or assisting with breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as snacks.

The kitchen is responsible for the preparation of meals for the main restaurant as well as other outlets within the Hotel.

Full training will be provided, and individuals will report directly to the Head Chef.

Qualifications

Previous experience in A La Carte and Buffet preparation will be considered an asset.

Knowledge of the English language is essential.

Minimum of 2 years experience is required, however all candidates are encouraged to apply as interviews will be conducted on a one to one basis where skills of the individuals will be assessed.

This position is available both full time and part time.
