Respond to the Operations Manager
Shall give training to new Operators
Responsible for the availability of the Mould Files, Drawings, Jigs and Colour Tags
Place the First Release with the machine whilst the last-off the sample of the same injected part available with the Moulds
Responsible for Colour changes samples and Change of Moulds
Responsible to check injected parts with their respective Jigs and Gauges
Responsible for Hopper cleaning when there is a colour change
Responsible for the shop floor cleanliness and that safety guards are in place
Shall monitor machines’ consistency
Remove all purged material and place it in a specified bin whilst placing any unused material back to its storage place
Responsible for Mould repair and release after repair
Responsible for the Mould cleaning procedure and to fill in the required documents
Responsible for overseeing the machine setting process and providing technical assistance to production personnel
