Receptionist/ Clerk

We are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist/ Clerk to join our office.
Responsibilities
• Greeting and providing assistance to clients
• Handle incoming calls.
• Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
• Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders where necessary.
Qualifications
Requirements
• Minimum O level standard of education.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Be organised and meticulous in their work.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, having the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
• Computer literate and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Have clean police conduct.
While relevant work experience is considered a strong asset, it is not essential for the role. Candidates will be provided with on-the job training, have excellent career growth prospects and an opportunity for continual professional development.
