An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Clerk. This role will involve assisting customers both through phone and in person. Other tasks include the day-to-day running of the office, maintaining manual and electronic records, postings and handling all enquires by telephone, letter and e-mail.

Qualifications

Requirements;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Capable to work in a busy team environment
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
- Be costumer and service-oriented
- Able to work on own initiative
- Be flexible and capable of handling stress
