- Operate the taxi in a safe and efficient manner.
- Use knowledge of local streets and traffic patterns to find the quickest route to the passenger's destination.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handling their luggage or other belongings if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling special requests and answering questions about the area.
- Communicate clearly with passengers, dispatchers, and traffic control personnel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the taxi, both inside and out.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and ensure the taxi is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs to the appropriate services or authorities.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Adhere to all company policies and local regulations regarding taxi operation.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate in English

Must possess the neccessary license to operate as a cab driver in Malta
