Food & Beverage Server

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? We are currently seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Giannini Restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of items.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Assist in preparing dining areas before guests are seated.
Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work dinner shifts Monday to Sunday .
Knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.
Must have own transport.
