TORO TORO RESTAURANT LTD is a steakhouse restaurant and represents Latin American culinary diversity in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence to oversee and operate our well-established and highly-acclaimed restaurant, TORO TORO at Mercury Tower by Zaha Hadid Architects.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the
operations of our establishment. As a pivotal team member, the Restaurant Manager will
be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing staff effectively,
optimizing operational processes, and driving overall business growth. The ideal candidate
will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail, we
are looking for an excellent leader with Forbes standards preferably or similar.

Responsibilities:
- Guest service and experience
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Constant communication with the General Manager
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
-Provide strong leadership to all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and
performance management.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork,
accountability, and professionalism.
-Set clear expectations and standards for staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
to ensure compliance.
-Ensure guests receive outstanding service by maintaining high-quality standards,
cleanliness, and hospitality.
-Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve
issues to their satisfaction.
-Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the dining experience
continuously.
-Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality
industry.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse
team.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills, focusing on building positive
relationships with guests and staff.
-Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service,
inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
-Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Forbes standards, Leading hotels of the
world, or related field preferred.
