Founded in 2022, Europe Fastflow Services Ltd. is a temporary job placement agency located in the Maltese Islands.

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Director to lead our team and drive the company's growth.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

- Overseeing internal and external communication channels to facilitate efficient interactions between clients, candidates, and staff.
- Facilitating effective communication within the company, including disseminating information to relevant stakeholders and responding to inquiries.
- Analysing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organisation.
- Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring timelines are met, and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Schedule, plan, and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation.
- Assist in financial administration tasks, such as budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing.
- While not a primary focus, providing support and assistance to clients and candidates to enhance their experience with the agency could be part of the role.

Qualifications

The chosen candidate must have:

- Maltese or EU citizenship.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good financial management skills and experience.
