Double Fronted House in B'Kara

This house is a double fronted large teraced house (40 feet wide) in Valley Road and its layout is very spacious and prominent. It is elevated by 10 filat and has a wide parapet and 10 feet wide hall which is 30 feet long and leads to the rear yard/garden. The garden is approx 40 x 15feet. with a large well some trees and shrubs. On entrance you have the sitting to the right and the dining to the left both with windows to the front; next you have kitchen to the left and to the right a spare toilet and stairs. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and bathroom and a double fronted large balcony.

The house is structurally good but it needs someone to restore it to its former glory since it has not been used for 15 years.

All rooms are large by today's standards all are approx 15 x 15 feet. possibly more.
